You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. ProxyNinja is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely via our approved Payment Gateways. By adding balance or purchasing a plan, you agree to pay the stated fees. ProxyNinja reserves the right to change prices at any time, but active subscriptions will be honored until their expiration date.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the Service for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProxyNinja be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
